O projeto passou pelo Conselho Municipal da Mulher e da Rede Lil\u00e1s, sendo amplamente discutido. As propostas de emendas foram acatadas, apresentadas e aprovadas e tornaram o projeto muito mais forte porque contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os interessados.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A Procuradoria da Mulher n\u00e3o tem vincula\u00e7\u00e3o com nenhum outro \u00f3rg\u00e3o, sendo um \u00f3rg\u00e3o independente, formado por Procuradoras Vereadoras, que contam com o suporte t\u00e9cnico de toda a estrutura da C\u00e2mara. Na aus\u00eancia de Vereadoras, uma servidora, poder\u00e1 assumir a procuradoria. Com a falta de uma Vereadora eleita no ano de 2020, o Presidente indicou a Servidora Rosa Elaine Soares, para assumir e assim se tornou a primeira Procuradora da Mulher no Munic\u00edpio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A Procuradoria da Mulher \u00e9 composta por uma Procuradora e duas Procuradoras adjuntas. A Vereadora Fernanda Ribeiro Lopes, \u00e9 a primeira Vereadora a assumir o cargo, e est\u00e1 a frente da Procuradoria desde 2021, atuando acompanhada de suas Procuradoras Adjuntas, Emanuelle Garcia e Maril\u00e9ia Santana.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Desde ent\u00e3o, a Procuradora v\u00eam desempenhando seu papel, na busca dos direitos e respeito \u00e0s mulheres Leonenses e tem como objetivo colocar a C\u00e2mara Municipal mais pr\u00f3xima das mulheres, contribuindo no Combate a Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica, \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, a desigualdade de g\u00eanero, a desigualdade no mercado de trabalho, lutando pelas garantias e direitos da sa\u00fade da mulher, fortalecendo o empoderamento feminino nos processos pol\u00edticos e nas tomadas de decis\u00e3o da Cidade, entre outros.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A Procuradoria Especial da Mulher da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Cap\u00e3o do Le\u00e3o possui uma sala no pr\u00e9dio com materiais explicativos e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os principais direitos da mulher.
